Karl Abbott joins ThinkEngine full‑time

We’re excited to share that Karl Abbott has officially joined ThinkEngine on a full‑time basis as our Technology Executive.

Karl has already made a real impact during his part‑time role, particularly across the development of our tech arm, Cogs AI. His curiosity, technical mindset and willingness to get stuck into new challenges have quickly made him an important part of the team, so we’re thrilled to have him step into a full‑time role this May.

This also marks another proud moment for us as a business. Karl is the latest Southampton Solent University graduate to join ThinkEngine, continuing our commitment to supporting regional employability and creating opportunities for emerging talent across the South Coast.

We’re looking forward to seeing Karl continue to grow with us and to the contribution he’ll make as we move into an exciting year ahead.
