Big milestones deserve a big shout-out! Here at ThinkEngine, we are bursting with pride as we celebrate two brilliant members of our team who have officially wrapped up their university journeys.

A massive congratulations to Karl and Keara, who both graduated this summer!

Having already been an integral part of the ThinkEngine family during their studies, we have loved watching them balance their degrees with agency life. Now that the textbooks are closed, we are incredibly excited to watch them continue to apply, test, and expand their marketing expertise full-time in the industry.

Behind the Degrees: Karl & Keara’s Achievements

Both Karl and Keara have delivered exceptional results, bringing a wealth of fresh, cutting-edge marketing knowledge directly into their specialised roles.

• Karl, our Technology Executive, graduated from Southampton Solent University in BSc (Hons) Business Management with Marketing. Karl’s unique ability to blend strategic business management with technical execution makes him a powerhouse when it comes to optimising tech infrastructure, automation, and the bigger digital picture for our clients.

• Keara, our Executive Operations Assistant, graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc (Hons) in Marketing with a placement. To top off an already incredible academic run, she also achieved the prestigious Dean’s List Award for Outstanding Achievement. With a brilliant mind for strategy and a year of industry placement already under her belt, Keara focuses on keeping our agency processes organised, efficient, and aligned with client wants and needs.
